Hope Center of Western New York

The Hope Center of Western NY is coming to Lockport with a comprehensive mission to develop godly character, strengthen community, and improve quality of life for families across our region! 

Through mentorship programs, before/after school support, youth development initiatives, sports and recreation activities, and family enrichment programs, we're addressing the root causes behind Lockport's challenges. From a crime rate that's increased 219% since 1975 to poverty rates nearly double the state average. Partnering with organizations like SUNY Niagara, Lockport Public Schools, and local agencies, the Hope Center will serve as a bridge connecting isolated individuals to resources, hope, and transformation. We're not just offering programs, we’re creating a permanent community fixture where children find mentors, families discover support, and generations break free from cycles of poverty and dysfunction. This is Lockport's moment to build on current momentum at the Flight of Five, Cornerstone Arena, and downtown revitalization by investing in our greatest asset: our people. Join us in creating lasting change that will impact Western New York for generations to come.
