Men's Monday Night Basketball

If you are interested in playing Basketball on Monday Nights and you are a male age 13 and older please fill out the following registration. This is a registration form to be added to the Monday Night Basketball Group. Basketball will be Mondays from 6-9pm at George Southard Elementary School. You will receive an event registration link via text/email Sunday nights at 6pm to sign up for the Monday Night Basketball Event. We will only have room for 21 players each Monday so it will be first come first serve.
The cost for this registration (for the semester) is $20 and is payable in cash ONLY. Please bring cash to the first game and give to Marc Baldwin or Karl Crawford.
